EDUCATE

We believe in the power of education for vulnerable girls. We partner with leading organizations to use evidence-based education curriculum.

Skill training topics include: Value of a girls’ life, life as a girl, self-esteem, gender roles, effective communication, puberty, leadership, gender-based violence, children’s rights and responsibilities, sexual and reproductive health, relationships, and safe spaces in our communities.

EMPOWER

After vulnerable girls are equipped with comprehensive education, they go through financial empowerment training.

Skill training topics include: Saving and budgeting, building sanitary pads, social entrepreneurship, design thinking, and practical skills training.

ELEVATE

Our mentorship model makes us unique and sustainable - we train girls to become mentors and leaders in their communities and teach them how to create larger impact to empower others in their communities.
